Hi,

additionally you only need a DHCP Server. All other services are integrated. My config is based on 2008R2 with Hyper-V. So openThinClient runs inside a VM.
The DHCP-Server is the MS one, running on my PDC which is also a VM.
DHCP configuration includes a few basic parameter and the broadcast address for the network.
So there's not much work to get it running.

Best Regards

Hi Gert,

I think I might have discovered what is causing the problem. First though, does The TFTP server need to be installed on the DHCP server or can it go on the OpenThinClient Manager machine. I tried installing a TFTP server on the OpenTHinClient machine after stopping the TFTP servve on the DHCP server and it keeps telling me that port 69 is being used by another program.

Does this explain why my PXE clients dont work?

Many thanks.
