HI @ all...

First of all.. OTC is awesome...Thanks to all the developers !!!

We are using it to connect to our Citrix PS 4.5 Farm on W2K3-Servers.

Everything works fine up to now.

The Thin Clients we use (Igel One) do not have own serial ports.

They only got 2 USB-Ports.

So we bought 2 USB-Serial-Adapters to use with these ThinClients.

When we configure the 2 COM-Ports within the Citrix Receiver 11 (which we
installed successfully to OTC) to 1st and 2nd USB-Serial Adapter nothing
happens in the Citrix-Session.

Using the command "change client /view" within the Citrix session to see which
client-shares we can use shows up that COM1 and COM2 are connected but no
connection is astablished trough the adapter.

On clients with integrated COM-Ports everything works fine...

Any idea how we can use these USB-serial-Adapters with OTC ???

Best regards
