Just an update... While this is preliminary news, I have gotten past this problem.
First, I tried just using the Openthinclient VM 0.1.3, which evidently has better support for ATOM boards. But that didn't help the PXE problem I was having. I then found there is a new BIOS update for the Intel D945GSEJT board, version 0045 dated 5/19/2010. With this new BIOS installed, it booted immediately to OTC. More testing will follow... http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3060&DwnldID=19045&lang=eng Download the .BIO file and copy it to a USB key. Plug the USB key into a USB port on the D945GSEJT. Press F7 at the splash screen during bootup. Browse to the .BIO file and update.
