Hi,
We have two PXE servers in my school : Openthinclient for thin clients
(about 80) and a second one for software/images distribution to about 500
fat clients. The second PXE server belongs to Symantec's Altiris deployment
server solution. Both servers work well separately but we need them to work
simultaneously.
The Altiris PXE server can be set to exclude our thin clients's MACs. Two
questions :
- Can the Openthinclient be configured to exclude non-openthinclient
computers?
- Or, alternatively, can the Openthinclient PXE server be configured to wait
1 or 2 seconds before answering requests, , so that the other PXE server
always answers first and no booting process is stopped?
