Hi Mark,

doing this with radeon cards wouldn't be that easy. Consider to write you 
own xorg.con by hand and push it into the running client via the custom folder.

It is a normal xorg. You can write your own config and test it in a running 
session. You should also be able to use two cards in a system (xinerama). 
But this must be done manually.
