I've inherited an OTC installation and I'm trying to figure out how to determine which version we are running and if we need to upgrade what the process is to upgrade with out loosing the configuration. I've looked at the support page and documentation but could not find anything concrete. It appears we are running 0.4.5 and there is a version 1.0 out, I'm assuming it's the earlier version because the files have dates from 2009 which is before the 1.0 release date in 2010. Do we simply download the latest release and run the install or are there other steps involved?
