Yes. I have full connectivity to 192.168.103.44 (OTC) server from VLAN 2. It’s
a “router on a stick” implementation, therefore firewall\router is aware of
both subnets (VLAN 1 and VLAN 2).

- Can you Ping 192.168.103.44 from one of your Clients in VLAN2?
- Is the default router published by DHCP in network 192.168.102.0
aware of the route to 192.168.103.0/24?
- Are there any other devices in the client VLAN that can ping your
server after getting configured by DHCP?
