Sure!!! On "Applications", select your "RDP" connection, and in the configuration tab, there is an option callled "ExitAction". In this option you have to set "Shutdown device".
This config will power off the thinclient when the user logs off. After, I think the best way to force the users to logoff on the RDP Server is with GPO. I never did this kind of GPO, so you have to research how to do this. Here in my work I don´t have a policy to force at a specific time, but I have configurated the session of the RDP to logoff on idle for some time. I hope I have been clear and have helped. Att.
