The information at the bottom of this message was taken from the
openthinclient.org site. I'm trying to figure out what the most recent version
is. It indicates a base version 0.4.5, which then says 'base 1.0.0-9'. It also
indicates a base version 1.0.0-9, which then says 'base 1.0.0-36'. What is the
meaning of having both 0.4.5 and 1.0.0-9? How can I know what version if the
most recent?

Thanks,

MarkM.

Update base package and core system
Your current version you can check via
openthinclient® Manager -> Package Management -> Installed Packages -> column:
Version

Using base version 0.4.5 Activate the testing repository to update the
following packages# Testing
deb http://archive.openthinclient.org/openthinclient/v1/manager-testing ./

 base 1.0.0-9 initscript-tcos 1.0.0-6 openthinclient-schema 1.0.0-489 Restart
the openthinclient service
Using base version 1.0.0-9This is our current, tested and stable version.
But there is a version with some more network- and graphics-drivers and a newer
xorg-version.
But this version is not support from the openthinclient® company, you'll use it
on your own risk.
Activate the experimental repository to update the following packages:#
Experimental
deb http://archive.openthinclient.org/openthinclient/v1/manager-experimental ./

base 1.0.0-36 initscript-tcos 1.0.0-17 Restart the openthinclient service
Import note: Make sure that you made a backup before any update !!!
