Hi Zdenek, of course i'll encourage everyone to update to version 2.x. But in this case it does not matter, because the verison of the IBM package you'll get for version 2.x is just the same than in version 1.x.
It looks like czech charset is not part of the package, even it is offering this language. In case there is a czech version, we could easily implement it. Feel free to contact me.
