Hello Bernd Aufrecht and List, OK, today I have made a new installation. Setting root-password. In Update-manager I set in settings/updates only "Important security updates (precise-security), all other disabled. I dont update java v7u60.
vmware-tools I dont touch it. vSphere Client tells me tools are not running (to old) After update I have the desktop doubled too like yesterday. Yesterday I dont deinstall the tools but I had installed through vSpere. You tell me, that you dont recommend update the VA. But whats with the security updates I hope its recommend to install them. ???? Sorry for changing the language but now I am at a limit.
