Hello all,
I'm having issues getting hings up and running within a VBox setup.
Right now, I have the appliance setup on DHCP along with the client - on my
real LAN. The client is configured with no hard drive, and to Network Boot
only. The issues is that after the setup of the new PXE Client within the
Manager, upon rebooting, the client issues a PXE-E32 TFTP Open Timeout,
followed shortly after by a PXE-M0F, where it just gives up. Promiscuous Mode
is on "Allow All" for both VMs.
I read somewhere that the issue may be that there's no boot file name assigned
to it, or that the value of ${myip} is invalid for the TFTP boot server. What
do these values have to be in order to allow booting? And do I have to start a
seperate TFTP boot server?
I'm completely new to using Thin Client servers, and have no idea on where to
go from here.
Thanks!
I'm using Pales, built on 02-03-2016.
