Hello

Is there a way to disable the screen timeout for an OTC session? It’s not a
Citrix/RDP session that’s causing the screen to go blank, since on wake up,
there is no password prompt (when RDP/Citrix does sleep it locks the session)

I’ve looked at the options in OTC and can’t see anything relating to screen
timeout. Can someone help me out?

Kind regards
Richard
