Hi,

I rely on VNC for remote support for my end users, and it was working very nice
until the last update performed to the system. Now, it's almost impossible to
use it. I have to wait from 5 to 10 seconds after a mouse click or a key stroke
to get a response back from the remote machine.

I've tried with the noVNC embedded in the openthinclient-Manage, as well as
other VNC solutions such as RealVNC, but same results.

Is there a setting or a port that needs to be opened on the network's firewall
to speed it up?

I'm using openthinclient-Manager 2021.2.3.

Endpoint: Intel NUC 8GB RAM
FreeRDP: Windows 10, Windows 2016 RDS, Windows 2019 RDS.
Hyper-V 2019

All appreciate any help or guide you can provide.

Thanks.
