I think that the majority of OpenTom software users are accustomed to this kind 
of trade-off between functionality and user-friendliness. Moreover this could 
be done with the Height preference file (*.cfg) and could be optional. The 
unexperienced user could then just ignore this parameter and use the default 
behavior.
