shouldn't it be OK as is? After the transition from openssl to gnutls is
complete, neither openssl nor gnutls should be required for compilation.
Only for linking, and that is already covered by libopenvas-config (--libs).
Also, isn't libopenvas-config already properly integrated into configure.in ?
