do you prefer to start a manual anew or to just polish/update the current one?
The first is surely more work but cleaner in terms of authorship.
I can  name this sections of the manual that I wrote entirely on my own,
so I guess these can be used for a new manual.

I'd be glad if this could be clarified (and done :-) ) soon, so we can head
for the OpenVAS-Client 1.0 release quickly.
