I just emerge'd the ebuild ports and they all compiled fine. When I
attempted to run '/etc/init.d/openvas start' I got the following errors
displayed in an endless loop:
http_keepalive.inc: No such file or directory
misc_func.inc: No such file or directory
And a couple others. Mostly the http_keepalive.inc one though.
When I run the daemon manually ('openvasd') I get the same errors, except
it displays the loading of plugins message as "1591 (out of 3511)".
Naturally, at this point I figured I'd update the NVT feed. Unfortunately,
I'm at the office and behind a proxy server. Any tips on how to run
openvas-nvt-sync through a proxy server?
If indeed the missing NVT feed is the cause of the above error, should
there be a note that shows after emerging openvas-server that says "now,
go and update your NVT feed!"?
