I have updated the CR with my proposal for the protocol commands, let me know what you think. We have yet to decided the format/encoding for the certificate in the OTP response; just taking the binary certificate and putting it in the response is probably asking for trouble with the current implementation, so we should at least ASCII-armor it, shouldn't we?
