Hello,

Yesterday kost committed an important change to openvas-libraries which
in my opinion solves a lot of plugin hangs/freezes related to pcap
blocking.

IMHO this justifies a new release, so I'd like to plan a quick
openvas-libraries 2.0.2 release. Since I would like for the release to
come out as soon as possible (Friday or Monday), I'd appreciate it if
everybody could test the latest SVN revision of openvas-libraries and
let me know if this solves some issues for you or produces additional
problems.

Since kost has thankfully backported this change to the 1.0 branch as
well, I'd like to take the opportunity to release openvas-libraries
1.0.3 as well which would include a number of additional backported
bugfixes.

Please let me know if you have any questions or suggestions.

Regards,

Michael
