The manager is already using
g_base64_decode
g_base64_encode
from 2.12 as I had just presumed 2.6 was the version in Debian Etch. I've
also already used at least g_file_set_contents from 2.8.
>From 2.12 these two
g_option_context_set_summary
g_option_context_set_description
may be useful, to improve the help message.
