Well, IMHO it is far from RC state. There are known buffer overflows in your 
code in at least 2 packages, on Mandriva nothing builds cause -libraries has 
some linking troubles, -manager & -administrator don't install properly and so 
on.

IMHO you should fix that stuff at least to a point where "not building for 
whatever reason" is the exception, not the rule before considering declaring 
it a RC and then publishing can be enabled and the stuff made available to a 
wider range of testers which then surely leads to another load of reports that 
need to be fixed before release.

That way you at least get a solid release instead of a premature one.
