Bugs item #1243, was opened at 2010-01-15 13:47 Status: Open Priority: 3 Submitted By: Aigars Jaundālders (aigars) Assigned to: Nobody (None) Summary: scanner and libraries can not be configured with different paths Architecture: 32 Bit Resolution: None Severity: normal Version: v3.0.1 Component: openvas-scanner Operating System: Linux Product: OpenVAS Hardware: None URL:
Initial Comment: If scanner and libraries are configured with different prefixes, make and make install succeed, but when openvassd is started, it exits after loading all plugins with message saying that openvas-services could not be found in path that is constructed from <path to libraries>/var/lib/openvas/openvas-services instead of <path to scanner>/var/lib/openvas/openvas-services where it actually resides. If scanner and libraries are configured with the same prefix, everything works fine. Problem applies both to latest published versions (scanner 3.0.0, libraries 3.0.1) and latest svn versions of both as well. OS is Ubuntu 9.04. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: http://wald.intevation.org/tracker/?func=detail&atid=220&aid=1243&group_id=29 _______________________________________________ Openvas-devel mailing list Openvas-devel@wald.intevation.org http://lists.wald.intevation.org/mailman/listinfo/openvas-devel
