Hi,
I've tested the very significant fixes/improvement that Thomas Reinke
comitted to the libraries for a while now and think it is
definitely worth getting them out as 3.1.3 soon.
Also, after the 3.1.3 release I would like to branch 3-1 and open
trunk for developments of OMP 2.0.
Actually I have a Version 3.2 in mind where we add ACT_NETWORK
feature but remain OMP 1.0 compatible. We can branch 3-2 from
3-1 easily, so I do not see a major Problem here.
Any comments, concerns?
