If you use that sentence it should be
"The world's most advanced Open Source vulnerability scanner."
It may bring too much small text in the heading though. How about taking
"Open Vulnerability Assessment System" out of the top left Logo? It's
written just below in the About box anyway.
Top right could be
"The world's most advanced Open Source vulnerability assessment system."
although that's a bit too wordy.
