maybe this could be interesting for you.
When starting the newest version of openvassd (devel) after downloading the
newest nvts, the following messages appear in the terminal:
jan@jan-debian-2-32bit:~$ sudo openvassd
Loading the plugins... 8109 (out of 24296)[17572]() Line 144: Cannot compile
regex: allow from (?:[\w-]+\.)+[a-z]{2,7}$ (error = 13)
Loading the plugins... 8211 (out of 24296)[17572]() Line 143: Cannot compile
regex: allow from (?:[\w-]+\.)+[a-z]{2,7}$ (error = 13)
Loading the plugins... 8313 (out of 24296)[17572]() Line 207: Cannot compile
regex: *(0\.0\.0\.0.*0\.0\.0\.0) (error = 13)
Loading the plugins... 19227 (out of 24296)
So the loading continues. But it seems that some errors occurred with deleting
the openvas-regex-files.
