Dear all, hopefully some experts can resolve this problem:
I installed the new Ubuntu 12.04/Desktop/32bit and compile the source packages of OpenVAS-5 from here: <http://openvas.org/install-source.html>. I have to add "LDFLAGS="-Wl,--no-as-needed" cmake .", furthermore I have to remove "-Werror" from the Manager and the Administrator because some calls marked as deprecated and won't compile using -Werror. [...] Finally, openvas-check-setup --v5 reports NO error. The problem is that I'm unable to login via gsad using firefox. I can see the loginpage, can enter username and password, can click to proceed and then firefox will stuck on "waiting". I set the loglevel to 255 and did not find any errors by using -v. The workaround from here <http://pastebin.com/Bq05RxYw> did not help. I asked mime on IRC. The result is that he can reproduce this behaviour but did not find any solution yet. Any ideas to fix this? Please let me know If you have any questions. Best regards Jens **************************************************************** ** Dipl.-Inform.
