They added the project lead person and have him in the "Adoption Signature".
Ideally, this would be the same for OpenVAS. But we got no confirmation from
the OpenVAS project lead team.

In Phase 1 document I'd change this from "Beta" to "Yes" as it is already
possible.

Phase 3 document looks OK.

I do not intend to have Greenbone positioned here.
But in order to get this Adopter process finally launchedm, and in absence of
responsible volunteers, we can take over for the time being and switch later on.
To accelerate this already too long waiting process: If people don't disagree
we will finalize the documents and have Greenbone act as a legal contact ...
