Hey Martin, Sounds like an interesting opportunity. So do the people you're working with on your internship use OpenVAS or is this a new development for them? In terms of ideas, you might like to start by looking at our rejected GSOC 2010 entry, it has a number of ideas, many of which are still relevant.
