I tried a scan with "All TCP and Nmap 5.51 top 100 UDP" and scan_info_nasl
gave
Port range :
T:1-65535,U:7,9,17,19,49,53,67-69,80,88,111,120,123,135-139,158,161-16...
which includes all the TCP ports. Did you get something else?
