Hello OpenVAS developers, it looked at the openvas-client module out of curiosity and search the mailing list archives on whether anyone really uses this tool.
It seems like there are almost no users and also it doesn't compile with newer OpenVAS out of the box anymore. To me it all looks like the OpenVAS-Client is not required anymore. Please correct me if I am wrong. And in case the client indeed should be further maintained, there seems to be lack of interested developers to take care of it. So, if any developer here volunteers to bring openvas-client back into (modern) live, please raise you hand. Note: This includes the use case of OpenVAS-Client as a command line tool for OTP. Do we still have users for this use case?
