to have the same nvtfeed for both 5.x and 6.x (before retirement of

and remove all links when openvas5.0 retire or openvas6.0 use?
with openvas 6.0, we can also include plugin-signature in the plugin to
reduce by 2 number of files
Anyway, count +1 for my vote, for adding 2013 dir.
