Yeah it makes sense, indeed. Nevertheless, I can think of both
advantages and drawback of generating the three files into build/
instead of openvas-libraries/nasl.

Whatever is decided, I came up with the little shell script attached
(tested with bash). Comment out the very last part to completely empty
the svn:ignore list.
