I copied all of the NVTs over to openvas-nvts now.

While doing so I prepare the annual separation into directories.
At least as far as it was possible to determine based on the tag
"creation_date".

Attention: When adapting processes to the new repository please
take care to copy the content of 2012, 2011, ... pre2008 into main directory
to keep compatibility with OpenVAS Releases that do not support moving
of NVTs.

I found several NVTs that matched 2013, but I haven't moved them to 2013/
directory as it would not be easy to copy them back to main directory for the
feed.

Eventually when we ca copy the content of scripts/ 1:1 into the feed, we
need to do careful tests and perhaps resolve the remaining ones as
far as it is possible at all.

So it is now time to adapt processes ...
