I guess openvas-adduser and openvas-rmuser expect the

There should be a directory /var/lib/openvas/users/teste8 for your case.
Apparently, the openvasd searches also in another directory and thus does
not find your user.
This problem might be on your side and as well it might be a problem
in the OpenVAS configuration routines. We have to investigate this.
