OK, looks like it works now... What I didn't expect though was I had to clear the openvasd cache. The cache appears to only hold descriptions rather than plugin_ids but I kept seeing the same duplicates until I emptied out the cache and then restarted openvasd with a fresh plugin set. I'm assuming that the openvasd server maintains some sort of index internally with the plugin_ids?
