Archlinux is packaging the 2.0.x series server AFAICT, so I assume you
are running one of these versions.

Please note that there is no Windows client for the 2.0.x series yet.
Clients from the 1.0.x series are generally not able to talk to 2.0.x
series servers - it seems to me that this may be your issue.

If you want to use the Windows client, please use a 1.0.x series server
infrastructure or wait for a 2.0.x series Windows client which is
already in progress and will be released as soon as some cross-compiling
issues have been addressed.

Hope that helped; if you have any questions, feel free contact me.

Regards,

Michael
