Hello Yungwei! I would recommend to use OpenVAS TCP scanner or nmap through NASL wrapper. But if you have lot of hosts for scanning, scan with nmap separately first (use -oG option), and then just feed results to OpenVAS nmap nasl wrapper (in Advanced section, choose nmap nasl wrapper and there will be browse button to specify where you put your nmap output)
Strobe is not for everyone. It's more for those who are familiar with strobe, as you have to play a lot with timeouts in order to open ports correctly...
