One of the side effects that OpenVAS gains more attention==Feed Syncs ;-)

Sometimes interruped syncs hang for a while and we have a maximum
of connections.

Should be OK again in a few minutes.

The situation will get much better if the openvas-nvt-sync would use
the http://www.openvas.org/openvas-nvt-feed-current.tar.bz2
for initial syncs (ie. when only the .nes plugins are present in the local
plugins directory).
This would take away most of the current load from our rsync
service.

Anyone volunteer to improve the sync script? :-)

Best
