Hello Seph, If you are looking for prebuilt, there are debian packages in the OpenVAS 3.x variety...
They don't seem to be the most recent offerings compared to the current tarballs, but its a starting point... Ubuntu on the other hand, is just looking antiquated in the offering department right now... Seems all they have going in the older 2.x.x branch... http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=openvas-scanner This is the 3.0.2 version for Debian (and even it's parked in the experimental dept)... No issues over here on Ubuntu 9.10 x86 server compiling the latest tarballs.. (well a few minor non-show stoppers)... ;-) Matthew Coene seph <s...@directionle ss.org> To Sent by: [email protected] openvas-discuss-b cc [email protected] ation.org Subject [Openvas-discuss] debian/ubuntu packaging for optional components 04/01/2010 02:51 PM Has anyone created debian/ubuntu packages for the optional pieces of openvas?
