Continuing my attempt to get openvas+gsa working... At this point I think I have things all running. I can create tasks, I can run them, and I can download reports.
But, the reports are pretty blank. They have no results, just the start and end times. If I nmap the target, I see a couple of open ports. If I run tcpdump, I don't see any likely looking packets. I do have log_whole_attack set to "yes" openvassd (via syslog) doesn't report anything other than the start and end time. No errors. Interestingly, if I try to configure a scan, I only see the checks that were compiled with openvas-scanner, none of the ones that the feed delivered.
