FYI
Hello everybody I think I have found the source of the errors in /var/log/secure generated by OpenVAS 2.x.x It seems to be caused by SELinux. I disabled it and restarted the system. I launched an OpenVAS scansion and all worked well, without strange logs. Next I put back SELinux to permissive, I restarted the system again and I did the same scansion I did before. In this case too all seems to be OK, I do not find any strange log in /var/log/secure both scanning using LSC and without LSC! Thanks everybody for your previous help.
