Hi all I installed OpenVAS packages for Ubuntu 10.04. I started the OpenVAS scanner and client, and managed to perform a scan
But when i try to start openvas-manager, openvas-administrator and greenbone-security-assistant i get an ERROR message. I managed to start them manually with the following commands openvasad --listen=127.0.0.1 --port=9392 --users-dir=/var/lib/openvas/users --scanner-config-file=/etc/openvas/openvassd.conf --sync-script=/usr/sbin/openvas-nvt-sync openvasmd --database=/var/lib/openvas/mgr/tasks.db --listen=127.0.0.1 --port=9391 --slisten=127.0.0.1 --sport=9390 gsad --listen=127.0.0.1 --port=9393 --alisten=127.0.0.1 --aport=9392 --mlisten=127.0.0.1 --mport=9391 But I still cannot connect to port 9393, the browser offers me to save a file instead of executing the bin file How to proceed?
