Thanks Dennis.  That is fixed in trunk in openvas-manager.  To work around
it

        omp -v --get-report 048fa5f7-43a8-4720-8487-089e85e01b0e

or

        omp -v --pretty-print --xml='<get_reports 
report_id="048fa5f7-43a8-4720-8487-089e85e01b0e" levels="hmlgdf"/>'

should suffice.  The error occurs when d is included in levels.  It works,
however, if d is left out, or if all levels are given, as above.  The
default via the omp command is "hmlgd".
