Sourceforge will host this for you. It will have a small amount of
advertisements, but you can actually link directly to the download file.

The group I work with provides mirroring for Opensource projects. We are
connected to Internet2 and have plenty of commodity bandwidth. I will
just need an rsync address (we do not support push at this time). If you
are interested please respond off list.
