Well, maybe they're working the same angle as the Nigerians scams - make an extraordinarily silly offer, so ridiculous, that if anyone bites, you KNOW you have a sucker on the line.
I mean seriously - 100 pages of work to be done, in exchange, you get...NOTHING. Really? Here's a counter: I offer a job in doing security consultancy work. You will work 7.5 hours a day for 13 weeks over the next quarter. At the end of it, I will give you a $150 loan. If the product you work on is brought to market at some indeterminate time in the next 5 years, I will extend up to a $600 loan to you. You will be entitled to 16% commissions on all sales, with the any initial commissions going to pay back any loan you may have taken from us.
