Hello, the offlist feedback so far preferred the term "Severity". Mostly because it is used by most other comparable tools.
About "Score" it was said "this just say 'it is a number' - which is neither meaningful nor correct in some cases". About "Threat" I it was said, "better not, see http://jps.anl.gov/Volume4_iss2/Paper3-RGJohnston.pdf";. However, unifying the term seems even more important than the actual term.
