the OpenVAS website itself does not offer a list like this. But inside OpenVAS, in the Scan Configuration area there is the list of NVT families and the respective number of NVTs visible. Basically all common platforms are supported with patch level tests and all common tools are supported with vulnerability tests. Lots of devices (printers etc) are also supported.
