Mostly it is 2nd level and very often has to do with specific scan results (NVTs), scan environments (firewalls, IDS, ISMS etc. to consider) and performance tuning. However, it is all part of the service covered by the GSM Subscription. In other words, we do not offer explicit consulting services. That is usually covered by integrators or by auditors or policy consultants.
