first read some basic documentations http://wiki.centos.org/de/AdditionalResources/Repositories/ Atmoic overrides packages which they should not or at least should it with much more care and testing * first complain there why they break setups careless * second: edit the atomic-repo-file and add "exclude=pkg1,pkg2,..." to ignore such packages
